How often do I top up water?+

Every 1–2 weeks. Fast growers need it about every 7 days; small plants can go about 15. A red light means the tank hit 25% — refill with water plus nutrients in the usual ratio.

When do I add nutrients?+

Not during germination — water only. Start once the first true leaf reaches 0.5–1 cm, then add with the measuring cup at every top-up.

Filter and cleaning routine?+

Rinse the filter sponge and wipe the columns every 2 weeks. Deep-clean the tank every 1–2 months, then press Turbo twice to restart circulation.

The pump seems stuck.+

Press Turbo twice on the settings screen. If it still won't flow, message us — pumps are swappable and we'll guide you.

How do I harvest?+

Pick the outer mature leaves and leave the young inner ones growing. The plant keeps producing for weeks.
