Who you are buying from

Cubictree towers and Grow Club are sold in Malaysia by Precision Builder, Unit B-68, Level Basement, Jesselton Mall, Jalan Haji Saman, 88300 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. That is the name on the payment page and on your receipt.

Prices and paying

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Delivery is charged per tower and shown in your cart before you pay.

Pay by card, FPX or GrabPay on Stripe's secure payment page, or by DuitNow QR or bank transfer arranged with us on WhatsApp. Stripe emails you a receipt. Keep it: it is your proof of purchase.

Pre-orders

When a tower is marked pre-order, we order it for you after you pay. It ships in about 30 days, and we tell you the date on WhatsApp.

Pre-orders can't be cancelled once paid, because your tower is ordered from our manufacturing partner for you. If we can't supply it, we refund you in full.

In the KK area we deliver the tower and set it up with you in person.

Outside the KK area, delivery takes 15–25 working days after the tower ships, and we set it up with you on a video call. Seedlings there come as packs of seeds and planting cubes (one pack with Home, six packs with Home Plus), because live seedlings would not survive the trip.

Green Wall and Grow Club Delivered are for the KK area only. Please use an address with the postcode you entered in your cart, because the delivery fee depends on it. Delivery times are estimates; if something holds your delivery up, we tell you on WhatsApp.

Returns and refunds

We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so please ask us anything before you buy.

If your order arrives damaged, has a fault, or isn't what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We will repair it, replace it or refund it, and we cover any delivery needed to put it right.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show the money.

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Warranty

Cubictree Home has a 1-year warranty. Home Plus and Green Wall have 2 years. The warranty starts on the day of delivery and covers faults in the tower, with parts and labour handled from Kota Kinabalu.

It doesn't cover damage from accidents or misuse, or a tower that has been opened. Only our technician opens the lights, the screen or the base, as the owner's manual explains.

If a crop still fails in the first season, we replace the seedlings.

Grow Club

Grow Club brings seedlings and nutrients for one tower every month: RM39 a month to collect at A Leaf Jesselton Mall or FarmFoundry Khidmat, or RM49 a month delivered in the KK area. It is billed every month from the day you join, and we message you on WhatsApp when your refill is ready.

Cancel any time under Manage subscription or on WhatsApp. Cancelling stops the next payment. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and its refill is still yours.

How we handle your name, number and address is set out in our privacy notice, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay is the one that applies to your order.
